Our Story

In 2025, Jeff and Eliana Franklin took ownership of this beautiful, historic property on Old Forge Rd in Hagerstown, Maryland — honoring the legacy of the late V. Dale Ridenour by breathing new life into the farm operations.

We are committed to regenerative, pasture-based farming that restores the soil, supports biodiversity, and produces nutrient-dense food. What was once quiet land is now thriving again with happy animals on fresh grass, healing the earth bite by bite.

As a Maryland Certified Local Farm Enterprise and proud member of Maryland's Best, we connect our community with wholesome, local food raised the right way — transparently and sustainably.

Our Regenerative Practices

We move animals frequently to fresh pasture, mimic natural grazing patterns, build soil health, and avoid chemicals. Our goal: heal the land while producing the cleanest, most flavorful food possible.
